Meetings

The next meeting is on Monday, September 17th at 7:00 p.m.! Bring $10 for membership. [Bear in mind, the money is to keep the organization growing-- not to mention that $10 for membership is a low price to pay for some good, clean fun!]

Also, remember that $10 for membership is due by the 25th of September for this semester. If you do not pay by the 25th, pay $15.

AGENDA: This organization is always open for any good ideas in activities! We will want to work on a event day, could be a film festival, or a project activity. We can create activities as being involved with film critique discussions, showing student work on the Gallaudet channel, or various places, such as websites or classrooms.

Also, we are open for cute ideas such as getting a special T-shirt for every member of the organization, as soon as we get some good ideas of the design of the shirt. We'll have a small fundraiser-- but will need a fundraising committee to set it up.

Webmaster--maintains this website weekly, open for creativity.

Secretary--attends every meeting and records the minutes, as well as organize all paperwork, including the mailbox.

Senator--attends every Student Congress meeting on alternate Wednesdays, at 7:00 p.m. and represents EMA in the best interests of the students.

Public Relations Chairperson--Monitors all public relations activities, makes sure the EMA missions are carried out.
