Spring and Fall Interns Location: District of Columbia

Description: CBS NEWS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM---Gives college students a chance to work for the network news division while learning from experienced journalism professionals. Duties vary depending upon departmental assignments. CBS News interns can be placed with various CBS News programs, including 60 Minutes and 60 Minutes II, 48 Hours, The Early Show, CBS Evening and Weekend News, CBS News Sunday Morning, CBS Newspath, Marketing, CBS Radio, Face the Nation, and other programs.

CBS News internships are unpaid and are for college credit only. You must currently be attending an accredited college on a full-time basis, entering your junior or senior year. Your major should be journalism, mass communications, international studies, English or public relations.

DEADLINES FOR SPRING/FALL ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, WHILE THE SUMMER INTERNSHIP DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 28, 2002.
