Freshman Survival Kits have being the best ways to effctively establish new ministries to reach college studenst for Christ. The kits are mostly distributed at the beginning of the semester, especially for freshman students. They have wonderful opportunities for students who are figuring for the right decisions about their lifestyle and finding our where they fit in perfectly. They contains a Christian music CD, the book More Than a Carpenter by Josh McDowell, a Bible that includes a "Four Spiritual Laws" gospel explanation, and postcards directing them to a Web site containing more information about Christ. Those gifts could help make sure that the Bible is the first textbook for these freshmen they receive. They can warmly invite freshman students to Campus Crusade for Christ meetings on campus. Our organization would offer community service program once every semester.
In Thanksgiving 2005, Campus Crusade for Christ continues to follow the path of the tragic aftermath fo Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, out growing hearts go out to those who lost relatives and friends and whose lives have been sadly devastated by these events.
